Refund policy

We do not offer returns expect for faulty goods. If you consider your product to be faulty, please advise us in writing within 14 days. 

We are happy to exchange items which you decide are not suitable. This excludes where either:

(a) the products sold are personalised or bespoke to you (such as engraved items or unstocked rings which are ordered in to size); or

(b) for health and hygiene reasons earrings/pierced jewellery cannot be returned

The product must be returned within 14 days. Please contact us to discuss your return in the first instance.   

 We will happily offer you a free size adjustment on your ring purchase, as long as it is claimed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Rings can only be sized 4 sizes either way from the original size free of charge. A resize outside of this range will incur a £75 fee.  

Your jewellery comes with a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. Any necessary repair will be conducted free of charge under the following terms and conditions:

  • The item is identified by our production department as being defective as a result of a manufacturing default.
  • The item has not had any damage as a result of mishandling or inappropriate impact (eg. knocks, dents or pressure), and has had no alteration, manipulation, repair or care by a service provider apart from Shaw Jewellers or is the consequence of normal wear and tear.
  • Proof of purchase must be presented.
