Delivery & returns
All items shipped within the UK are delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured. Delivery is free for orders over £100. For orders under £100, there is a £10 delivery charge.
All our jewellery is despatched within 5 working days and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking reference.
All our items are delivered in discreet shipment packaging (Royal Mail) with no indication of what is inside. Return address is listed as "44 Lowtown, LS28 7AA" for insurance purposes. However, the actual jewellery is contained in a luxurious gift box with protective outer packaging.
Orders can be collected from our showroom, as long as this has been agreed with the sales team. The person collecting must be the person who paid for the goods and must be able to prove their identity.
We do not offer returns expect for faulty goods. If you consider your product to be faulty, please advise us in writing within 14 days.
We are happy to exchange items which you decide are not suitable. This excludes where either:
(a) the products sold are personalised or bespoke to you (such as engraved items or unstocked rings which are ordered in to size); or
(b) for health and hygiene reasons earrings/pierced jewellery cannot be returned
The product must be returned within 14 days. Please contact us to discuss your return in the first instance.
We will happily offer you a free size adjustment on your ring purchase, as long as it is claimed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Rings can only be sized 4 sizes either way from the original size free of charge. A resize outside of this range will incur a £75 fee.
We pride ourselves in being a British company that manufactures its jewellery in the UK. It is precisely for this reason that our jewellery is marked by the British Office for Precious Metals Control.
Orders for goods are subject to availability. If we cannot deliver the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. When possible, we will provide you with a replacement of at least equivalent value. In this case, you have the option of either accepting the replacement or receiving a full refund of any amounts already paid for goods that cannot be delivered.
Your jewellery comes with a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. Any necessary repair will be conducted free of charge under the following terms and conditions:
- The item is identified by our production department as being defective as a result of a manufacturing default.
- The item has not had any damage as a result of mishandling or inappropriate impact (eg. knocks, dents or pressure), and has had no alteration, manipulation, repair or care by a service provider apart from Shaw Jewellers or is the consequence of normal wear and tear.
- Proof of purchase must be presented.
